Col recupero dei listini azionari di tutto il mondo sembra iniziare a riaprirsi anche il mercato italiano delle Ipo, con il ritorno sulla scena di alcuni nomi noti.
Yoox Spa, proprietaria dell’omonimo sito di e-commerce di abbigliamento, ha infatti depositato in questi giorni in Borsa Italiana e in Consob il prospetto per la quotazione a Piazza Affari e punta ad esordire entro l’anno sul segmento Star di Borsa italiana attraverso un’offerta mista, che vedrà in parte un aumento di capitale e in parte la cessione di titoli detenuti dagli attuali azionisti.

Yoox Group, società che vende capi firmati on line, dovrebbe sbarcare entro fine anno a Piazza Affari. Questa decisione è dovuta alla costante crescita imprenditoriale avuta dalla nascita nel 2000 del sito yoox.com.

Fashion designer Oscar de la Renta came up with a marvelous bridalwear collection for the Spring/Summer 2008 season. Sample wedding gowns from his collection deviate from formulaic looks and play up off-shoulder dresses, flouncy skirts, and pastels. Whites and ivories are matched with subtle grays and the gowns are embellished with with sparkling crystals for a look that’s romantic and glamorous.
