Rating: Every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m a cheese monger will be preparing fresh buffalo mozzarella and buratta for your enjoyment. 

A sister to the Prima Al Mercato, Norcino Salumeria is the second eatery to acclaimed Santa Monica based restaurateur Piero Selvaggio. Meaning  "the Butcher", Norcino's concept combines premium cheeses with charcuterie plates in a sushi-inspired fashion.
