So far I'm loving the creative direction. Back to blonde, Bey wines, jerks, and ticks every curve in some delicious couture and ready-to-wear pieces. No matter what you think of the song, the wardrobe is self entertaining. So lets talk fashion.
Waving her flag, she begins in a red-and-gold embroidered Alexander McQueen dress and thigh-high boots from the fall/winter 2010 collection. For the dizzying dance sequence she dons black fringed Norma Kamali. One of my favorites was the all white gown by Givenchy worn in the scene with two larger-than-life hyenas. Hmm, Wondering if those were real or graphically dropped in.
Other looks include a black cut-out dress shown at Jean Paul Gaultier's spring couture show. A Gareth Pugh dress, glittering in golden sequins (J'adore!), and two gowns by Emilio Pucci one lime green with a plunging neckline, and another in emerald green with an asymmetrical cut.
